Fatima is a talented designer with an academic background in products and interiors, and a passion for graphics, illustrations and layout.
A Bahraini national, Fatima has experience of creating impactful and imaginative design solutions for arts organizations and commercial companies in the Middle East, the UK and Hong Kong. Through her working experience, Fatima has developed a diverse design portfolio including interior and restaurant spaces, events, brochures and illustrations.
On joining the KCA London team in 2014, Fatima has supported the materials specification for a new children’s gallery at the National Maritime Museum. Since then she has developed visitor resources concepts for Mishkat Interactive Center for Atomic and Renewable Energy and the branding and identity for a number of their programmes and events. Fatima has designed and developed 2D graphics for the Centre for Life Brain Zone gallery and the Francis Crick Institute’s Open for Discovery exhibition.
Fatima’s more recent project highlights have included developing Family Packs for the Etihad Museum in Dubai and developed brand collateral including social media posts for the Saudi Arabian Pavilion at Expo 2017, Astana.
Fatima is the holder of a BA in Interior and Spatial Design from Chelsea College of Art & Design, and a MA in Design specializing in products from Kingston University.
