Marc Beer

Design

Marc is a 3D designer with wide ranging experience working in a variety of design fields both in Europe and the UK.

After studying Three-Dimensional Design at the University of Wales, Marc spent many years working in Spain collaborating on projects with studios such as Santa & Cole in Barcelona (furniture and interior design), Oscar Mariné Brandi (exhibition and retail design) and Empty S.L. (museum and exhibition design and production) in Madrid.

Upon returning to the UK, Marc has worked as a lead designer on a range of museum and heritage projects which include the redevelopment of the Ulster Museum in Belfast, the Designs for Life gallery at the Shipley Art Gallery in Gateshead, the interpretative design for the refurbished Pitzhanger Manor in Ealing, London and the detailed design phase for the Sheikh Abdullah al Salem Cultural Centre in Kuwait, amongst others.

Since joining KCA Marc has been involved with the concept design and design development for the Saudi Arabian Pavilion at Expo 2017 in Astana, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu Visitor Center in Jubail, Saudi Arabia and the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum.
