A qualified Prince 2 Practitioner and IOSH Managing Safely certified, Sue is a highly motivated Visitor Experience Operations Manager with a demonstrable track record of enabling outstanding customer service and business improvement at a strategic and operational level.
Before working with KCA, Sue was the Visitor Experience Operations Manager at the Science Museum, London. With overall responsibility for the 90 strong visitor experience team, Sue was charged with delivering exceptional service for over 2.79 million visitors a year. Her achievements include helping the Museum attain ‘World Class Service’ accreditation and ‘Enjoy England’ Quality Assured Large Visitor attraction status; delivering income targets of £300,000; and managing the cleaning contract worth in excess of £1million. Awards include ‘Best Customer Service Visitor Attraction of the Year’ and the Visit London Silver Award for ‘Top Visitor Attraction of the Year’.
With KCA London, Sue has delivered operational planning, training and management services. Projects include the operational planning for Riyadh’s first interactive science centre, Mishkat Interactive Center for Atomic and Renewable Energy; directing the operational planning and management of a sixty strong team across the Olympic Park for the London 2012 Games; and training a developing team of science centre managers in Malta as part of a European Union initiative.
